I had an excellent experience with Dr Sav and the team. I came in with a very sore tooth, and Dr Sav even sacrificed his lunch break to perform an emergency root canal, truly going above and beyond. The entire staff were incredibly lovely and welcoming. From the moment I walked in, Madonna was friendly, engaging, and made me feel completely at ease. I highly recommend this practice for their professionalism, care, and genuine kindness.

There was a misunderstanding regarding payments but it was promptly rectified by Michele and I'm happy she showed grace and understanding towards my situation and I have rectified my review to reflect this. Madonna was also extremely lovely and it made me happy to be acknowledged as a person. She is definitely the right person for the job and I give her 5 stars for her hospitality and warmth (thank you Madonna!) I had a check-up, clean and some x-rays and the staff treated me really well and were professional and kind the whole time. I loved being able to watch Netflix during the cleaning and the headphones were a bonus and helped with sensory overload (however they kept falling down, my only issue). I intentionally sought out a dentist with great reviews and was surprised by the excellent customer service that I haven't experienced anywhere else. Despite my teeth mainly being cleaned, they were actually much whiter after meaning they did a great job!!! I have been to dentists after a cleaning where I felt my teeth still were a bit discoloured, but not at Brisbane Smiles :) The pricing may be a bit more than some other clinics but the level of care and attention goes above and beyond the rest that it makes it stand out. You pay for what you get and I got excellent hospitality and dental care. I'd much prefer this over a cheap dentist that doesn't care about you as a person. -Shania

We had a wonderful experience at this dental practice. From the moment we arrived, the team was so welcoming and fantastic with my son. They truly went above and beyond to make my 3-year-old daughter, who came along with us, feel comfortable as well — including giving both children letters to write for Santa, which was such a thoughtful touch. From start to finish we were so well looked after. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a dental practice. Highly recommend.

I was in for a check up and a clean for the first time at Brisbane smiles, I was made to feel very welcome by Madonna on the desk straight away, she was very kind. The rest of the team were very helpful. I saw Dr Karuna for my check up and Brad for my clean, both were very thorough and detailed in their work. I then saw Beatrice to finalise my future treatment, she was very informative and very clear about what my treatment entailed. I had a great experience an can’t recommend the practise enough they were brilliant.

I’ve recently started going to Brisbane Smiles and have been so amazed by how friendly, caring and professional everyone is. I’m not a fan of going to the dentist but the team have made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, showing me all the facilities, meeting the team and taking time to get to know me too. I highly recommend Brisbane Smiles to anyone who is looking for a dentist or to change. I’ve been very impressed by the service and work done on my teeth.

5 star treatment! From the moment I walked in, I received a genuine warm welcome from reception. Staff were very polite throughout the tour of the facilities and whilst assisting in the consultation. Dr Savnak was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Billy also was great and did a fantastic job with the clean afterwards. I would highly recommend Brisbane Smiles to Family and friends.

I had a really great experience with Dr Valentine Dantel today. He did an amazing job listening carefully to my concerns and took the time to properly diagnose what was going on. I felt genuinely heard, respected, and well cared for throughout the appointment. Very professional, thorough, and reassuring. I truly appreciate the attention and quality of care. Highly recommended.

Brisbane Smiles is by far the best dental practice I've ever been to. It’s always worth the trip from the Gold Coast! The receptionists are lovely, especially Madonna who never fails to leave a smile on my face when entering or leaving the building. She is probably the loveliest and most genuine person I’ve ever met. Can’t wait to come back.

From the moment we walked in, we were welcomed by Madona, and what an experience!!! I come from a strong background in customer service, and I can say that Madona doesn’t just do customer service, she genuinely understands true engagement. It’s natural, effortless, and clearly comes from real life experience, not from a script. You can feel that her care for people comes from the heart. I attended the appointment with my little boy, and Madona made a genuine effort to ask thoughtful, meaningful questions and to ensure he felt comfortable, safe, and truly welcome. It was truly wonderful to see my son responding with such maturity. Being able to observe the interaction from both sides was a genuine pleasure. That level of care makes a real difference, especially for children.Madona is a real asset for Smile Brisbane, The rest of the team was also excellent. The dentist Dr.Mel was kind and patient, took the time to thoroughly assess the situation, clearly explained all options, and provided fair, well-considered recommendations without any pressure.
